We do not collect or store any sensitive personal information on our servers.

• Local Data: All timer logs, target settings, and overlay positions are stored locally on your device (using Room/DataStore).
• Automated Data: We use third-party services (Google Firebase and AdMob) that may collect device identifiers (ADID), crash logs, and usage statistics to improve app performance.

2. Use of Information

• To provide real-time timer services via notifications and floating overlay windows.
• To track and analyze app stability and fix bugs (via Firebase Crashlytics).
• To display personalized advertisements (via Google AdMob).

3. Permissions and Use Cases

The App requests the following permissions to function correctly:

• POST_NOTIFICATIONS: Essential for showing real-time timer progress in the notification bar.
• SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW: Used to display the floating overlay window over other apps.
• FOREGROUND_SERVICE & SPECIAL_USE: Required to ensure the timer continues accurately in the background without being killed by the system.
• INTERNET: Required for loading advertisements and sending crash reports.

4. Data Retention

Locally stored data is deleted immediately when the App is uninstalled. Third-party data is governed by Google's privacy policies.
